- Business hours, services offered, and scheduling preferences

- Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)

From end-users (your customers who text your Earl number):

- Name and phone number

- Appointment details including address, date, and time

- Service requests and conversation content


How We Use Your Information


We use collected information to:

- Respond to inbound text messages and calls on behalf of subscribing businesses

- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments

- Send appointment reminders to end-users

- Request Google reviews from end-users following completed jobs

- Notify business owners of new bookings and appointments

- Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI responses


No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


SMS Messaging

End-users who text a Call Earl-powered number consent to receive automated SMS messages. These messages may include responses to service inquiries, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and post-service review requests. Message and data rates may apply.
End-users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data Retention

Conversation history and appointment data are retained for up to 12 months to support scheduling and service continuity. Business owners may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at hello@callearl.co.

Third-Party Services

Call Earl uses the following third-party services to operate:

- Twilio — SMS and voice communication

- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered message responses

- Stripe — payment processing

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
